---I have freezes, what should I do?---
First of all, it should be said that many freezes occur on the client side, which should be addressed before blaming the server (which can also happen).
Please look for the solution yourself first before contacting support!

Usually the SoftCAM (Oscam, CCcam) causes problems, so you should try switching it as a test.

These tips can help improve things and should be tried/checked beforehand:
Use a network cable instead of WiFi.
Check whether the bandwidth on your network is overloaded by downloads/uploads.
Check your receiver's network configuration
If you have a router with a prioritization feature (e.g. FritzBox), use it! (Guide here)
Switch the protocol (some receivers have problems with MGcamd, others with CCcam)
Switch the SoftCAM (from Oscam to CCCAM or vice versa) - SoftCAMs from the feeds usually have fewer problems.
Switch the image (OS) - 80% of Vti users have problems with their CAM!! (Switching to OpenATV 6.1 is recommended)
The SoftCam should always be installed from the Softcam feed, which is ideally optimized for your image. (see Tutorials section)
Don't use cheap junk hardware

---What is cardsharing?---

Cardsharing means sharing a real smartcard over the network. Smartcards are used to decrypt an encrypted channel.
With cardsharing, instead of a physical smartcard, a SoftCAM (emulator) is used, which maintains an active connection over the internet to a CamServer.
The CAMServer provides a large number of cards made available to the SoftCAM. The device with the installed SoftCAM thus has access to all the cards located on the CAMServer. 
This can now send decryption requests to the server and receives the matching CW (Control Word) which decrypts the channel.

We have been operating this service for several years and of course we also know the black sheep in this industry.

These offer their services very cheaply, but these services are often unprofessionally equipped with home computers. 

We operate this service exclusively with high-performance servers offered by reputable companies. Their processing capacity is very high and they have an enormously high internet connection.

Of course we also pay high prices for this, but it is definitely worth it, since the broadcast is trouble-free and our users are always satisfied.
